We are currently seeking a UK-based Digital Marketing Manager to open our UK office and spearhead our local market growth.

Job description

Commodity Fragrances is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing and social media strategy on the UK market. You will join a remote, yet a fast paced work environment and will be working across a variety of channels and disciples. Must be social media savvy and understand various digital platforms that drive brand awareness, traffic, and generate conversion. Ability to implement online marketing activations with a creative approach is key. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn with our digital team!

What you will do:

-  Build and execute a social media strategy that aligns with overall business and brand objectives 

-  Manage social media marketing campaigns

-  Monitor and analyze campaigns for delivery and performance

-  Manage and grow online community 

-  Recruit new affiliate partners

-  Develop strategy and execute plans to grow affiliate network

-  Develop responsive emails for various marketing, promotional and lifecycle campaigns vi Klaviyo

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

-  Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.

-  1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience.

-  Ability to recap analytics and provide action points

-  Strategic mindset with notable problem-solving skills.

-  Strong attention to detail and meticulous with numbers
